Us in order that we may obtain full details to enable us to provide you
with an accurate FIXED FEE quotation.
Quotations will be provided on a NO COMPLETION, NO FEE basis with a FIXED
costs quotation and will give a breakdown of our costs and the payments to
others involved in a sale and/or purchase transaction.
NO COMPLETION, NO FEE means that should you decide not to proceed with your
sale and/or purchase, for ANY REASON, we will NOT CHARGE our costs. However,
we will need you to refund to us any of the search fees or other payments to
third parties that have already been paid out on your behalf.
We will ask you for an initial payment of between £150 and £250 to cover
these anticipated expenses. Any unspent portion of this advance payment will
be returned to you if the transaction does not proceed
